R CORE SERIES | C1235R & C1245R RACING CORES
With 22 internal passage ways compared to 18, this core allows higher internal flow and less pressure drop. These cores are mainly used on side mount twin turbo applications where we can sacrifice ambient external airflow because there is not a radiator behind each core that needs air flow. Eliminating the radiators need for airflow, we can shrink the ambient fin height, and add this to internal flow. These Rated-R cores will also be found on full race intercooler set ups on large front mount intercoolers.

Our polished weld els are an elegant and sleek finish to any setup--the inside is polished as well. These 304 Stainless Steel Schedule 10 weld els fittings are used for exhaust manifold fabrication. The best components you can use to create an equal length turbo manifold.
Made of 304 stainless steel and carry a lifetime warranty! Made in India, the stainless steel capital of the world, these fittings follow strict ASTM standards, set forth by manufactures all over the globe! Each fitting is stamped with the size, lot #, and "ASTM A 403 WPW 304". These same weld els are used by the top turbo manifold manufactures across the nation, the best components you can use to fabricate exhaust turbo manifolds.
The extra thick pipe allows you to create a deep penetrating weld needed for the stress and vibration caused by turbocharged engines! Turbocharger bracing is sometimes not needed because of the sturdiness of the manifold. Say goodbye to the ever cracking 16 gauge stainless steel manifolds littering the market today!

"On the heels ofconfirmation that the long-gestatingBMW/Toyota joint sports-car projectis still, well, gestating, we now have an idea of wherethe Toyota version will play in the sports-car segment.
According to information weve received from an inside source, the mid-size sports carwhich Toyota is said to be discussing in terms ofthe FT-1 concept pictured aboveis likely to cost more than a baseChevrolet Corvette, which currently starts at $54,995. If Toyota plans to play in the Corvettes league, one should expect output in excess of 400 horsepower, likely from a turbocharged and/or possibly hybridized V-6. Rear-wheel drive is a given, but the cars nameFT-1 or Supra or something elseremains to be seen.
