They say there�s no replacement for displacement, but turbos are the great equalizer and Sammy Benitez wasn�t going to let the fact that his 2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V�s QR25DE motor was only 2.5 liters get in the way of his goal of making big power.
Tuned by Justin Prado at 2J Racing and running on 9.5 PSI, Sammy�s Sentra put down an impressive 308WHP and 314WTQ using a Precision 5431 MFS turbocharger with a .63 A/R hot side, hung on a lightly ported Treadstone Performance manifold. To further improve exhaust flow, Sammy enveloped his 2.5� Treadstone downpipe with DEI titanium wrap which then continues on to a custom system with a Race Ready Performance electric exhaust cut out and Nismo cat back exhaust. Additional performance enhancements include a blacked-out Treadstone intercooler and piping, Treadstone Pro Kit oil lines, Mopar SRT-4 577cc injectors and a Walbro 255lph fuel pump, Mishimoto oil catch can, Outlaw Engineer thermal spacer kit, a 2J Racing lightweight crank pulley, and a whole lot more!
Despite the car being used primarily as a daily driver, Sammy still wanted it to handle well and be competitive on the track. Enlisting the help of some Nismo R-Tune control arms, BC Racing coilovers, Nismo front and rear strut braces, UR 4-point under brace and miscellaneous other goodies, this B15 can definitely hold its own when it comes to handling. Stopping is a breeze thanks to some beefy 26mm Nissan 300ZX aluminum calipers, slotted and cross-drilled rotors with Hawk HPS pads on all four corners and a set of Agency Power stainless steel lines.
Finally, Sammy opted for some cosmetic enhancements to make sure his B15 Sentra had a good balance of �show� and �go�. OZ Racing Ultraleggera 17x7 wheels, painted gold, were bolted on with black Moteki open ended lugs. Inside, Nismo floor mats and white LED lighting provide an upgraded, elegant feel. Outside, a custom mesh grille, DDM Tuning 4500k hi/low HID headlights with Fibre Customs �eye lids�, ViS OEM-style carbon fiber hood, Nismo rear lip, tinted tails and debaged/blacked out emblems give an overall smooth and stealthy appearance.

The LNF motor is very picky when it comes to fuel trims and will throw the car into limp mode at the slightest misconstrued fuel trim. We have fixed this problem with a small insert right before the MAF sensor in our intake. They will be epoxy'd in, so you don't have to worry about them coming loose, or moving.
HoneyComb MAF Mass Air Meter Airflow Straightener. These small additions to any cold air intake, turbo inlet pipe or anywhere a MAF sensor is located, will greatly improve the MAF readings "fuel trims" that the ECU sees. No more erratic MAF readings, fix lean or rich spikes, increase throttle response, fix idle, all of these can be improved with this small upgrade!

08+ Cobalt SS 2.0 LNF Turbo, 304 Stainless Downpipe, RacePipe. Quality hand crafted in the USA and precision tig welded from 304 stainless steel! CNC laser cut flanges, high flow interlocking liner stainless flex couplers, and 065" thick 3" dia. stainless mandrel bent tubing sets our downpipe in its own league! Never worry about rusting, welds breaking, or deterioration! This one modification can be worth up to 40 extra HP just by it self. Removing the catalytic converter improves turbo response and spool up, and greatly improves top end horse power! Treadstone utilizes and O2 sensor adapter to keep the O2 sensor out of the main exhaust stream. This will keep the check engine light from coming on and prevent DTC's (diagnostic trouble codes) from popping up.

08+ Cobalt SS 2.0 LNF Turbo, OEM Turbo Diverter Bypass Valve Block Off Plate. Allows the removal of the compressor mounted factory diverter valve and allows the port to be plugged and sealed off. You can then mount a new, higher volume/higher pressure BOV elsewhere in the chargpipe system. CNC machined from billet 6061 aircraft aluminum and fited with viton O rings.
