SUBARU WRX STI TURBO KIT
All of our stainless steel is hand crafted in the USA using USA made Rath 304 stainless steel, and hand tig welded to perfection. The up-pipe utilizes a 2" pipe with CNC precision cut stainless flange, and bolts directly to the factory exhaust manifold. The Tial 44mm wastegate( not included unless you purchase the option below) is positioned perfectly to allow smooth exhaust flow into the wastegate for precise boost control eliminating boost spikes and creep. The downpipe utilizes 3" diameter tubing, 4bolt as well as making more power be decreasing back pressure in your downpipe enhancing turbo spool up and increasing wastegate efficiency. The dump tube has 2 slip fit joints which makes turbo installation much easier than most other kits on the market, no hard to reach flanges, or clamps. And your able to change remove the downpipe, turbo or wastegate with out taking out the whole system. The downpipe will bolt up to any aftermarket or OEM cat back exhaust system.

Introducing our infamous 2002-2007 Subaru WRX STi intercooler kit!
This heavyweight is measured at 28" x 4.5" x 10.5" and can handle up to 900 HP and 938 CFM flow rate at 1.5 PSI pressure drop without even coming close to over-stressing your engine. Our kit has been tried true by some of the industry’s best tuners on both track and strips and is private labeled across the world. We've designed our kit to relieve the threat of heat soaking: making it the last worry on your mind.
Some key features integrated into our design are a built in front-frame-brace which replaces the bumper support and fortifies front structural integrity of your vehicle. Our intercoolers enlarged internal surface area provides superior cooling efficiencies for radiating heat excess and minimizing heat soak. Another detail worth mentioning--to sell the idea of superior engineering--our replacement front-frame-brace comes grooved around welding strips to avoid rubbing caused by vibration, therefore ensuring no development of micro-fissures. Pretty much if you've thought about a common or sophisticated problem, we've thought about it even longer and have developed a truly flawless product.
The pipe kit can also be purchased with your choice of TiAL, Greddy, and HKS flanged blow off valve options! To purchase a BOV with your kit, please see below links. The pipe kit will come with a pre-welded flange, email request must be sent for flange option if you do not purchase a BOV with your kit.
The kit comes also with a choice of blue or black couplers.
NOTES:
Pics above show with cold air intake but are not included in pipe kit price. Cold air intake kits with filter are $350 extra.
This kit is to go with a stock intake manifold; modifications will be needed for aftermarket manifold.
There are no instructions to this kit, it is simple to figure out or a professional installer may do the job.
Also this is not a kit for stock location turbos; however you can still adapter the rotated mount kit piping to connect to stock turbo location. Extra pipes that will be needed are 1-2.5" to 2" 45 silicone, 1-2" Aluminum 90, and 1-2" Silicone 90
