Precision 6235 Aftermarket Replacement Turbocharger 680HP. Precision Turbo and Engine is proud to introduce our line of direct-fit upgrade replacement turbochargers with the unique CEA� (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) 2618-forged aluminum compressor wheel. These turbochargers are specifically designed to out-perform turbos of the same size from other suppliers while delivering greater efficiency and less turbo lag.
PTE's Direct Replacement Performance Upgrade Turbochargers feature the following:
� Exclusive CEA� (Competition Engineered Aerodynamics) compressor wheel machined from a 2618-aluminum forging
� Liquid-cooled, dual ceramic ball-bearing center housing rotating assembly (CHRA)
� Higher efficiency and faster transient response for maximum power and performance
� 62mm inducer compressor wheel
� Compressor cover options:
- "B" compressor cover 2.8" inlet/2.0" outlet
- "E" compressor cover 3.0" inlet/2.0" outlet
- "S" compressor cover 4.0" inlet/2.5" outlet
- "Ported S" compressor cover 4.0" inlet/2.5" outlet
� 68.0mm, 84 trim turbine wheel
� Turbine housing options:
- T3 .63 or .82 A/R with 4 bolt (2.5") discharge
- T3 .63, .82, or 1.06 A/R with 4 bolt (3.0") discharge
- T3 .63 A/R with 5 bolt discharge (with wastegate hole)
- Mitsubishi .63 A/R
- T4 Tangential .68 A/R with 3 5/8" V-Band discharge

The GenV PowerGate60 Compressed Gas external wastegate is a cost-effective, high-performing 60mm external wastegate designed for control strategies that actively bias the top chamber with increased pressure for large boost bandwidth operation, such as CO2 drag racing or compressed air applications. The Compressed Gas / C02 external wastegate range features an inverted diaphragm suitable for high-pressure CO2 or compressed air systems and large pressure differentials.
The GenV provides extensive user configurability, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance and best-in-class flow performance for optimum control and longevity.
The GenV External Wastegate from Turbosmart was a ground-up rework of a classic, and the only feature that rolled over from the Gen4 range was the mounting orientation. CFD optimized and validated in-house for maximum flow and thermal management, the GenV range has more features, options and performance than any other gate.
A direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and feature our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, 1/8″ NPT reference ports and are provided with the full range of available springs.

Featuring our unique collar design and internal flow structures, it is 50% lighter and 25% smaller than the competition while flowing 330 CFM – making it the highest flowing BOV of its type on the market.
