The GenV CompGate40 HP external wastegate is a Motorsport-proven, cost-effective 40mm external wastegate with base spring pressure options of up to 50 psi! Add some reference signal manipulation, and you have a serious boost! The GenV provides extensive user configurability, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance and best-in-class flow performance for optimum control and longevity.
The GenV External Wastegate from Turbosmart was a ground-up rework of a classic, and the only feature that rolled over from the Gen4 range was the mounting orientation. CFD optimized and validated in-house for maximum flow and thermal management, the GenV range has more features, options and performance than any other gate.
A direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and feature our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision and 1/8″ NPT reference ports.

No adaptors, hoses or extra assembly are required. All this while retaining complete OE control of the BOV’s operation.
Thanks to our world-leading engineering and simulation abilities, turbocharger performance is increased due to minimising leakage, rapid response, and superior thermal performance.
A must-have for hybrid or larger flowing turbos that utilise an OE electronic diverter valve by not leaking, the EM will achieve a target boost without stressing the turbocharger and wastegate.
The Universal Kompact EM allows for remote mounting of a higher flowing BOV than the shortie but enables the option to utilise the OE diverter valve function for complete OE integration, allowing for larger turbo kits and not compromising diverter valve functionality or performance while still maintaining the added benefits of upgrading to a leak-proof, high boost handling diverter valve.

Turbo Waterline, Feed-line, Supply Line. We have some heavy duty waterlines specifically designed for turbochargers in extreme heat conditions. Features an industrial strength -6 stainless steel outer braid and Teflon inner lining. 16mm or 14mm banjo on one end, and -6 AN swivel fitting on the other. Lines come in 52 and 36" lengths.
