This core was designed around the Porsche twin turbo 966 intercooler. Able to support 450hp at only 1psi pressure drop. Core uses our high density internal fin structure, and standard external louvered fin. Flows 825cfm at 1.5psi pressure drop. Capable of flowing 550hp at 1.5 psi pressure drop if needed.

The CV1WR has the following dimensions: 20" L x 4" W x 8" H efficiency up to 920HP and 1380 CFM! Treadstone Intercooler features superb quality highly efficient bar and plate construction. Our quality cast end tanks ensure evenly distributed airflow and low-pressure drop. Our intercoolers are now pressure checked to 150psi and come with a 1-year warranty against manufacture defect. Please view the picture above showing Treadstone's high heat-dissipating internal fin design. Intercooler will come with no logo, "Treadstone" logo can be requested in Blue, Black, or Red.
