BMW relocated the diverter valve to the turbo housing during their newer 2011+ N55 motors but they failed to upgrade the chargepipe to handle any extra pressure which makes N55 chargepipe failures not uncommon. We have manufactured our redesigned N55 chargepipe to feature all 6061 aluminum construction, black wrinkle finish, CNC machined flange and an OEM style mounting hardware.
