Building your own turbo kit? The hardest part of the job is the intercooler piping! We take all the headaches out with our complete charged-air piping kit for all B-series Acura Integra GSR's. Includes all piping, silicone hose, silicone reducers, welded blow off valve flange and stainless steel T-bolt clamps. 2 reducers are included for turbo and throttle body connections.
Aircraft grade T6 aluminum 2.50" intercooler piping, MANY times lighter then steel! Show polished. The ends are bead rolled, you will NEVER have to worry about blowing a hose off! Aluminum is far superior to any other material used! BOV flange is already welded to piping. It will accept any HKS or Tial style blow off valve. Kit comes with quality USA made reinforced silicone couplings with million mile warranty! Fits 94 and up GSR models
Note: this kit only fits with the GSR models and low throttle body position. If you using this with a standard Integra with high intake manifold position, or after market manifold, the 45 degree bend that angles the pipe down to the throttle body will need to be cut out and a silicone coupler inserted to bring the pipe up. The LS models will need this modification. Intercooler is not included with this kit, you can purchase the TR8 intercooler as shown separately

The GenV External Wastegate from Turbosmart was a ground-up rework of a classic, and the only feature that rolled over from the Gen4 range was the mounting orientation. A direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and feature our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, 1/8″ NPT reference ports and are provided with the full range of available springs.

The first revision of TiAL's original BV50 blow-off valve, the 50mm Q Series BOV flows 60% more than its predecessor, making it the highest flowing 50mm BOV on the market, and bolts to any standard TiAL flange without welding.
An included weld mounting flange (available in aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel) cut for 2-1/2'' pipe and CNC machined aluminum V-band mounting clamp with stainless steel hardware create a durable corrosion-free appearance.
A banjo-type aluminum air fitting and bolt with 1/4" hose barb allow quick actuator response.
Springs available to accommodate various vacuum levels and supercharged applications.
