We can custom build a turbocharger to your specs, with turbine wheel size, turbine AR, compressor AR and compressor trim. Boost pressure is regulated by a Tial 44mm V band wastegate, combined with our double slip fit dump tube, installation is quite simple, compared to other kits on the market kits. Our stainless is made in the USA and hand welded to perfection, utilizing top notch quality parts throughout!

Rotated turbo cold air inlet
Included with your rotated turbo kit set up is a cold air intake kit available in 4 color options. Suby blue, murdered out black, crinkle red and polished. Features a 3" aluminum mandrel bend for smooth air flow into the turbo. Precision welded MAF adapter engineered to perform, and placed downward of 6" of straight tubing for laminar flow through sensor. No erratic idling, or faulty readings, we tested and tuned this intake to run perfect. With a 3" inlet pipe you have greater tune ability to run larger injectors and meter larger amounts of air for high horsepower levels. Includes a large 8" long K&N air filter for the least restricted air flow into the turbo.
Also, available is an upgraded big MAF tube for horsepower levels above 550hp, super tunability with the big MAF intake kit. Our larger 3.5" Cold air intake supports up to 550 to 900hp with ease. The larger cross section at the MAF metering point gives you great tunnability for larger injectors and more effective air flow metering at higher horsepower levels!
Up Pipe and Downpipe
All of our stainless steel is hand crafted in the USA using USA made Rath 304 stainless steel, and hand tig welded to perfection. The up-pipe utilizes a 2" pipe with CNC precision cut stainless flange, and bolts directly to the factory exhaust manifold. The Tial 44mm wastegate is positioned perfectly to allow smooth exhaust flow into the wastegate for precise boost control eliminating boost spikes and creep. The downpipe utilizes 3" diameter tubing. The large diameter dump tube is routed far down from the turbo outlet to further eliminate creep and spikes, as well as making more power be decreasing back pressure in your downpipe enhancing turbo spool up, and increasing wastegate efficiency. The dump tube has 2 slip fit joints which makes turbo installation much easier than most other kits on the market, no hard to reach flanges, or clamps. And your able to change remove the downpipe, turbo or wastegate with out taking out the whole system. The downpipe will bolt up to any aftermarket or OEM cat back exhaust system.

TRE502 50 trim This will be the choice turbo for all of you auto cross time attack guys. This is your basic 50 trim but with a smaller stage 2 turbine wheel compared to the popular stage 3 which is the base turbo that we recommend for all around performance. The TRE502 being that it has a smaller turbine wheel will give almost instantaneous spool up, ideal for coming out of those tight corners. The neck snapping torque produced by this turbo is what makes it ideal for road racing. This turbo supports up to 400whp max, and is comparable to a GTK 325. and the Garret GT3071
TRE503 50 trim The base kit will be a 50 trim non ball bearing turbo with stage 3 .63 A/R exhaust. This is one of the most popular turbos for engines between 2.2 and 2.5 liters , and is the base turbo used in many of our turbo kits supporting 47lbs/min. On the WRX STi this is an excellent choice for great spool up and a massive torque curve. Those of you who want to break the 400whp mark, this is the turbo for you! This would be comparable to your Garrett GT3076 turbo
TRE603 60 trim The 60 trim would be the choice for someone wanting to come close to the 500hp mark. Compared to the 50 trim, the spool up will be 200-300 later making less torque down low, but allowing approx 30-40 more Hp on the top end. This turbo has similar specs to a GTK450 and supports 50 lbs/min.
TRE601h 60-1 trim The 60-1 trim has a larger compressor inducer diameter, still utilizing a .63 stage 3 turbine as the 50 and 60 trim, the 60-1 will allow for 500-530whp. The GTK500 would be a comparable turbo.
TRE61 T61 trimThis is a T61 compressor wheel with stage 5 .63 turbine. This turbo has similar specs to a GTK550 and a Garrett GT3582 and can support 600whp.
TRE66 T66 trim Slightly larger compressor wheel than the TRE61, capable of 660whp.
